TWO MONKEYS ROCK BACK AND FORTH ON A PENDULUM IN FRONT OF LEGS. IT DOES WORK AND IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND WORKS AFTER WINDING. THE LOWER PRICE REFLEXS THE FACT THAT THE MICKEY MOUSE AND TEDDY BEAR IN THE BAG IS A REPRODUCTION. BUT CLEARLY AS SEEN IT IS A GREAT PIECE AT A GREAT PRICE.
